Paths a watcher should follow to know when to regenerate the bridge: the
tsconfig, each currently matching *.ipc.ts file, and either ipcDir
itself, or — when ipcDir is a glob — its nearest non-glob ancestor
directory (so newly created matches are seen).
Filter change events with isIpcBridgeRelevantFile.
The individual files matter because Vite's build watcher — and therefore
electron-vite dev — only honours addWatchFile for file paths, ignoring
directories. The directory is still returned so raw rollup -w notices
files added after the watcher started.
